My adventure
Hello! I'm Yunika, a passionate, caring, and creative instructional designer with a lifelong pursuit of creating exceptional learning experiences. I believe that learning is a transformative process that can create new knowledge, and my goal is to design experiences that enable learners to achieve their full potential.
My career started as a language teacher in three different countries, where I honed my skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom instruction. Later, I transitioned to the FinTech industry, where I designed and developed eLearning experiences to accelerate customer onboarding and increase product adoption.

Throughout my career, I've developed essential skills in instructional design models, instructional technology, and project management. I've also dedicated my time to designing and implementing online courses for NGO projects, which has sharpened my skills in practice.

When I'm not working, you'll find me fishing from shore, crabbing on piers, gardening in the backyard, or enjoying music events. I believe that the key to being an effective instructional designer is having a well-rounded life outside of work, which enables me to bring a diverse range of experiences and perspectives to my work.
