With a proven track record in launching customer product academies, certification programs, in-app guides, on-demand curricula, and virtual labs, I focus on creating experiences that enhance engagement and drive meaningful business outcomes.

My journey began as a language teacher across three different countries, where I developed my foundation in curriculum development and instructional design. This global perspective shaped my commitment to inclusive design and understanding diverse learning needs. I later transitioned to the FinTech industry, designing learning experiences for customer enablement and product adoption.
