My adventure

Hello! I'm Yunika, a creative learning experience designer passionate about transforming how people learn and grow in the enablement space. With a proven track record in launching customer product academies, certification programs, in-app guides, on-demand curricula, and virtual labs, I focus on creating experiences that enhance engagement and drive meaningful business outcomes.

My journey began as a language teacher across three different countries, where I developed my foundation in curriculum development and instructional design. This global perspective shaped my commitment to inclusive design and understanding diverse learning needs. I later transitioned to the FinTech industry, designing learning experiences for customer enablement and product adoption.

I'm passionate about innovative problem-solving and leveraging emerging technologies like Cloud and GenAI to create impactful learning solutions. My approach combines strategic thinking with creative execution, always seeking new ways to help learners achieve their full potential through transformative educational experiences.

Skills

Throughout my career, I've developed essential skills in instructional design models, instructional technology, and project management. I've also dedicated my time to designing and implementing online courses for NGO projects, which has sharpened my skills in practice.

In my spare time...

When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring tech events, playing golf, or hanging out with my 2-year-old golden retriever. I also enjoy quiet moments with tea and meditation, occasional fishing trips, and live music events. I believe that the key to being an effective instructional designer is having a well-rounded life outside of work, which enables me to bring a diverse range of experiences and perspectives to my work.
