Loan Exercise Use Case

Project Description

The Loan Exercise Use Case was a side project for the Mortgage Lab. There was a large amount of borrowers’ information that users (loan officers) needed to digest. To avoid cognitive overload, I designed and developed animation videos for each use case to demonstrate borrowers’ stories. As a result, the users could easily determine the context and complete the loan exercises more quickly.
