Gamification in AWS Certification Training

At the 2024 AWS Summit in Washington DC, I presented "Gaming Your Way to AWS Certifications," showcasing how game-based learning transforms cloud education through AWS Escape Room, Card Clash, and Cloud Quest. Drawing from my personal learning journey, I demonstrated effective strategies that leverage gaming to increase motivation, improve retention, and provide hands-on experiences with complex AWS concepts. As a Learning Experience Designer in Customer Enablement, this presentation represents a career highlight where I combined my passion for instructional design with cloud technology. The session emphasized my commitment to making technical education more engaging and accessible, demonstrating how innovative learning approaches can transform the certification journey for AWS learners.
