At the 2025 DevLearn Conference in Las Vegas, I presented Design Learner-Centric Certifications, sharing how we rebuilt Bluebeam’s certification program through UX research, focus groups, and a shift from feature-based to outcome-driven design.

This work reflects my belief that assessment is a powerful product lever: when designed well, it can shape behavior, unlock capability growth, and strengthen the ecosystem around a product. The Signal-Based Framework I introduced is built to help organizations create scalable, outcome-driven, high-stakes programs that truly support user performance and customer success.
