Inspiration
DealCoach started as my way to explore how AI could make sales enablement more personal and impactful. I wanted to push beyond traditional training tools, so I experimented with Vibe Coding to create an AI coach that feels human while delivering contextual coaching. Along the way, I leveled up my skills in GenAI, workflow design, and enablement strategy.
Business problem
Even with advanced CRM systems and revenue intelligence tools, many sales reps still struggle to turn insights into action. The data is there, but knowing exactly what to do next, in the heat of a deal, is where most teams get stuck. I set out to bridge this gap with a solution that delivers timely, tailored coaching right when reps need it most—helping them move deals forward with clarity and confidence.
Overview
DealCoach is a face-to-face AI coaching platform that transforms how sales professionals close deals. Using visual MEDDIC methodology analysis, it analyzes your CRM data to identify specific gaps in each deal, then provides personalized video coaching sessions with AI personas who guide reps through exactly what they need to improve.
