Architect of Systems that Learn, Flow, and Evolve
Designing and managing customer enablement programs that translate strategies into innovative solutions, lasting customer value, and sustainable business growth.

My adventure
I'm a Program Architect in Customer Enablement, designing systems that help customers to learn, adopt, and grow.
I’ve built and scaled customer enablement programs that empower thousands of users to succeed with B2B SaaS products. My experience spans launching customer academies, certification programs, in-app guides, and on-demand curricula—initiatives that improved adoption, retention, and long-term customer success.
What excites me most is how AI is transforming enablement, making it more adaptive, intelligent, and human-centered. I’m passionate about exploring how AI can personalize learning at scale, surface insights from behavior data, and drive better product engagement and business outcomes.
Today, I focus on connecting enablement strategy with product and customer lifecycle design—leveraging AI and data to turn learning into measurable growth. My work sits at the intersection of design, strategy, and technology, building ecosystems that evolve with the business and empower people to do their best work.
Behind every system I design is a story about learning—how people grow, connect, and find meaning across boundaries. That story begins with my name.

About my name
My journey as Yunika (YOO-nee-ka) began after college, when I started teaching in a small village in Nepal. Life there felt simple and deeply human. I shared daily rhythms with my students—lessons, meals, laughter, and care. At the end of the school year, a group of third-graders gave me the nickname Unika, which sounds like "unique." Over time, it grew into Yunika, a name that became a vessel for love, courage, and a sense of adventure.
Since then, Yunika has been part of every chapter of my journey. It lived with me on the vibrant island of Mauritius, during another year of teaching. It came with me to the United States, where I taught in Utah. Now, it belongs here with me in the San Francisco Bay Area. Each place became a true home, where I worked, learned, and connected, immersed in the beauty of human resilience and innovation.
To me, Yunika is more than a name. It marks my transition from educator to creator in tech, from teaching individuals to enabling communities. It reminds me to cross boundaries with empathy and curiosity, and to stay rooted yet limitless. To always be a bridge between cultures, people, and the worlds of learning and technology.

Throughout my career, I've developed essential skills in instructional design models, instructional technology, and project management. I've also dedicated my time to designing and implementing online courses for NGO projects, which has sharpened my skills in practice.
